About the Author: Russell Sturgess is the founder of Fascial Kinetics®, a system of education of remedial massage taught throughout Australia and New Zealand since 1991. Russell retired from 25 years clinical work as a remedial therapist in 2006, devoting his time to writing. During this time, he developed the workshop series The Art of Change, which provides an experiential framework for the information revealed in metanoia – renovating the house of your spirit. He is a former lay minister, international Health educator and Director of Education for beAttitude. Born in Dalby, rural Queensland, Australia, Russell now resides with his family on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
